Will plots next to me ever be deleted?

There are around 4 plots which are directly next to my 5 merged plots which have not been touched in several years; all of them simply have one block broken/placed. My question is: will they ever be deleted due to inactivity (or can I request that they be deleted)? I would buy Legend, but since I can't make a bigger plot and (as far as I'm aware) there's no way to move my plot, I haven't yet. I apologize if this is ignorant or a bad idea, I'm just curious.

Plots aren't deleted due to inactivity. What you could do is get access to world edit and simply copy your plot, and then paste it somewhere else.

only problem to it, depending on how much you already have on your plot, you wont be able to copy and paste the entire thing due to paste block limit. (you can copy and paste in parts but that'll take a while, again, depending on how much is on the plot already)
