No one knows.
I have asked staff about this and non had a valid answer.
As said above by Ashie You'll have to wait and see, Or you can contact the Owner and see if he has an Idea?

Well because we are already having a holiday sale, It really could go either way! But I would hope so!

On the Snapcraft buy page, there is already an on-going holiday sale, so maybe for this year, there will not be a Christmas (or what some people like to call it "Xmas") sale. You never know whats going to happen in the future, like what the quote says, "you may or never will predict the future".
