You're Already Logged In , Try Again !

So Recently This Morning , I Joined SnapCraft To Play Some ZombieV But When I Join It Said "You're Already Logged In ,Try Again!" How Do You Fix That?

Usually, I get that error when I lagged out or force closed the game last time I was on the server. Usually restarting your game would work because it gives you a new session token, or you can try restarting your computer or even restarting your modem.
