Zombie V VIP

First Step
I bought VIP yesterday because I thought I would get all the perks that were listed, but I can't join full servers, I don't have an exclusive pet, and the weapon skins don't even work! Can someone explain to me why this is?

The full servers should work(Just tested appears to be buggy will be fixed), The pets are still in the making as shown ingame. Lastly for the skins to work you have to be on 1.9 or higher and allow the server resource pack to be downloaded.
