January 28th, 2022, 19:00 GMT / 14:00 EST / 13:00 CST / 12:00 PST
I am glad to finally be able to share the good news with everyone today that Survival will be officially released on Saturday, January 28th, 2023. The wait has been long, but we hope it has been worth it as we have been working to make sure the game is in the best possible shape for its release.
We have fully updated the game to version 1.19.3 and have made sure to address as many bugs as possible. While we hope you understand that it is impossible to eliminate every single bug, we have made every effort to take care of it all. There may still be some minor bugs present, but we will continue to monitor and address them as they are brought to our attention.
In addition to fixing bugs, we have also worked hard to bring back many of the old features that players have come to love. We understand that these made snapcraft survival, so we wanted to make sure that most were still available. Along with returning old features, we have also added new content and functionality to the game that players have not seen before on snapcraft. This includes new items, new challenges, and new ways to play the game.
We want to thank everyone for their patience during the development of Survival. We are confident that the changes we have made will make the game even better than before and we can't wait for everyone to get online. If you want to see a summary of the changes that we have implemented for this reset, please read further.

The following are the most important features/modifications implemented toward this season's map and functions.
Server Version! Server's version to 1.19
We are excited to announce that the new Survival server will be undergoing a reset and updating to the latest stable version of Minecraft, 1.19. This update will bring a host of new features and improvements to the game, providing a fresh and exciting experience for all players.
We have been working to ensure that the Survival server is fully optimized and ready for the 1.19 update. This includes updating all of our plugins and making improvements to performance. Our goal is to ensure that players have an enjoyable experience on the Survival server with Minecraft 1.19.
With this update, players will be able to access all of the new blocks, mobs, and features that have been added to the game. The update introduces brand-new swamps and mangrove trees, as well as adorable frogs for players to discover. These new features will add depth and variety to the game, making it more exciting for players to explore and discover.
Additionally, we have made sure to update our plugins. We hope that players will enjoy exploring everything that Minecraft 1.19 has to offer, and we look forward to seeing the new creations and adventures that players will embark on in the updated Survival server.
We have added a new spawn point that serves as a hub for players, it has been built by our staff team, and its build as a charming little town filled with hidden secrets, it includes information NPCs that provide players with all the information they need to start their survival journey, and from there, players can explore the world in four different directions or use the command /wild to start.
This new season of survival comes with brand new and fresh worlds, all of which are vanilla-generated worlds with the version 1.19! This way players can enjoy a vanilla experience in all the worlds.
The Overworld: This is the main world where players will build and create their own settlements and structures. This world is a vanilla 1.19 generated world, and it has a border limit of 30.000 x 30.000.
The Netherworld: This world is also a vanilla 1.19 generated world, and it has a border limit of 15.000 x 15.000.
The Endworld: This world is also a vanilla 1.19 generated world, and it has a border limit of 15.000 x 15.000.
The Resourceworld: This is a world specifically designed for resource gathering, it will reset every 7 days providing players with a fresh new world to explore and gather resources from. This world is also a vanilla 1.19 generated world, and it has a border limit of 7500 x 7500
In order to ensure that players have access to a constant supply of new blocks and items, we have created a resource world. This world is designed to provide an endless source of resources for all players, and is intended for resource gathering only.
One of the main reasons for creating this world is the existence of a world border in the main world. With a limited amount of space, it is important to provide players with a way to obtain new resources without having to worry about it no longer being in the world.
The resource world will reset every seven days, providing players with a fresh new world to explore and gather resources from. However, it is important to note that claiming and building in this world is not enabled, as it is intended for resource gathering only. Any claims or builds made in the resource world will be removed during the weekly reset, so it is not recommended to build anything there.
We have checked out various claiming plugins and have decided that GriefPrevention is the best option for survival. This plugin is work seamlessly on version 1.19, which is the version we will be using. Furthermore, we have found that GriefPrevention is much more user-friendly than other plugins that were used in the past. Players will no longer need to place blocks in every chunk in order to claim land, which can be time-consuming and tedious.
In addition to its ease of use, GriefPrevention also offers a wide range of customization options. Players will be able to configure their claims that suit their specific needs, and can even set up different rules and permissions for different areas of the game.
Overall, we believe that GriefPrevention is the best choice for our survival game, and we are confident that it will provide our players with a more enjoyable and engaging experience.
Updated! Aesthetic Overhaul
We believe that change is necessary for growth and development. The style around Snapcraft is constantly evolving, and we want to ensure that our Survival game is not left behind. This season, we have decided to give Survival a significant aesthetic overhaul. Here is an overview of the updates we have made:
- Help Commands: We have added a new /help menu for new players and long-term players, providing them with access to new features.
- In-depth Help Commands: We have added more in-depth help commands for certain features to make it easier for players to understand and utilize them.
- Hologram Styling: We have updated the hologram styling to give it a fresh new look.
- Messages: We have updated all the messages to make them more clear and more informative.
- Tab List: We have updated the tab list to make it more visually appealing.
- Broadcasts: We have made changes to the broadcasts to make them more engaging.
- Crates: We have fully updated the crates.
- Menus: All the menus have received a new style.
- Scoreboard: Updated with a new layout while still keeping the old styling.
- And much more!
We hope these changes will enhance the overall player experience and provide a fresh new look to the Survival game.
Mcmmo will still be a part of the game, but with a fresh new update! We have updated to the latest version, including updated styling, menus, and messaging. This will provide players with a completely new look, while still retaining the features that players have come to love.
Players will have the opportunity to enjoy new and improved experiences while still being able to enjoy the features that they are familiar with.
We are excited to announce the launch of our fully custom guild plugin. This plugin is designed to enhance the player experience by allowing players to join and play together as a guild. The guild plugin features a user-friendly GUI that displays all relevant guild information, including guild members, guild bank, and guild vault.
Within the GUI, players can promote and demote members, kick members, and manage the guild bank and guild vault. The guild bank allows players to store money and EXP together with their guild members, and the guild vault allows players to store valuable items together with their guild members. Players can also upgrade their guild vault for extra storage.
The guild plugin also includes a guild level feature, which allows players to upgrade their guild level using money and EXP stored in the guild bank. Every 5 levels will unlock additional guild perks such as extra claim blocks, member slots, guild warps, vault size, and guild tag color.
guild members can also set warps for their guild, which can be done with or without a password. The plugin also includes new guild commands such as /guild tp, which teleports instantly to other guild members without accepting it, /guild toggletp, which allows players to disable teleports, /guild bank, /guild level, /guild announcement, which sends a message to all online guild players, and more.
We believe that this plugin will greatly enhance the player experience by allowing players to join and play together as a guild.
We have completely overhauled the shop system in our game. The new shop features a variety of new categories, as well as several adjustments to improve the overall user experience. Not only does it have a fresh new look, but it also includes all of the blocks from the latest version 1.19.
If there are any blocks or items that you feel are missing from the shop, please let us know on the forums so we can make sure to add them.
We have made a great effort to make the shop more user-friendly and accessible, with better navigation and more categories. We believe that the updated shop will provide players with a more enjoyable and efficient experience.
For the upcoming season, we have taken an approach to evaluate and revamp our crates system. We have carefully new rewards to add to the crates, while also removing any less popular or ineffective ones. Furthermore, we have implemented a completely new crates system.
One of the key changes we have made to the crates system is the introduction of virtual crate keys. This means that the crate key will be stored within the crate itself, rather than being a physical item. This new system is put in place to prevent any issues such as dupes.
Player Levels are a new and exciting way to progress in Survival. With this reset, we have decided to introduce a new system that replaces the current quests system. Player Levels are simple, you complete tasks to level up, and you can showcase your progress in the chat.
Premium Level Pass: For players who want to earn even more rewards for completing levels, we are introducing the Premium Level Pass. With this pass, players will be able to claim extra rewards for every level they complete. Additionally, every few levels will grant players a new level color, and with the Premium Level Pass, players will also be able to unlock different types of bracket colors.
We are starting off with 100 different levels, each with their unique tasks related to survival. This new system is designed to provide players with a new and engaging way to progress in the game, and we believe that it will make the overall experience even more enjoyable.
We have made the decision to remove the dungeons feature from survival for the time being. While we had initially planned to include this feature in the game, it became clear that it would significantly delay the release of survival.
We had attempted to create our own version of dungeons but unfortunately, it was not compatible with the latest version of the game.
We want to assure our players that this does not mean that dungeons will never return to the game. We will continue to explore the possibility of adding them in the future. In summary, we have removed the dungeon feature from survival for the time being due to compatibility issues with the latest version. However, we are not ruling out the possibility of adding dungeons in the future.

Why did survival reset?

I know this must be a disappointing revelation for a lot of you, but think about the exciting new changes, the new alliances you can forge, the new map, the new features, and updates the different kinds of gameplay and style being provided with this update will surely make it a worth-while and exciting reset!
