    Why can't I world edit on other people's plots?

    My friend wanted some work done on his plot and everytime I entered a command to set in some blocks, it would say operation completed (0 blocks affected) so nothing happened. Is there any way to fix this?

    im trying to get to someones plot (when they aren't online) using the /plot visit command but when i use it it puts a blank line in the chat and nothing happens. is it because they aren't online?
