When you're on the main screen of Minecraft, hit 'multiplayer' then 'add server' and enter the ip mc.snapcraft.net into the blank box and hit add.

Snapcraft doesn't have a pocket edition server.

[Direct Connect] (Does not save the desired server into your server list).

[Add Server] (to your server list).
