About the staff applications

If you don't meet like one or two of the requirements but are close or something like that does that mean you get denied and are not allowed to make another app, or does it mean something else?

Might perhaps lower an applicant's chances.
  • The preferred age is 15; however, if one's age is fairly close, it would be acceptable.
  • Skype is mandatory, no exceptions. Communication is the basis of connection.
  • Maturity, fairness, patience, and daily activity are relevant for commitment.
  • Proper English grammar and spelling are important for the fact that the staff are representing the server.
