5zig Mod

So recently I found a mod called 5zig, it give you a bunch of information like amour durability, x y and z cords, fps (I know both of those you can see in the F3 screen, but it's way less annoying and in the way.), what biome you're in, and lots of others things. although, when messing with some of the settings I found that it boosts the brightness. So much so that if you turn it up all the way, it looks like you're using a night vision potion.


So I was wondering if this mod is ok? Or not?

Well brightness can already be edited in your minecraft folder and all that stuff can be found in f3... so maybe?
