a quick question about griefing

if i found a house where is chest are not protected can i take what in the chest or that count as cheating?

It's griefing and isnt allowed. If you want to raid bases factions is your place to go

If nobody, I mean NOBODY, uses that house/chests and nothing changed there and it's not being used for like longer than a 2 weeks or a month, I am sure it's not counted as "greifing". If someone has been using it very often and the chests as well, it's greifing. If you are really into looting and destroying builds that have been used often, Factions is the best place to go and you won't be reported.
