Added Add a plugin to let us sit on stairs

Something small with lil purpose but I need it lol. Here's some useless perks of it, #1 RP (not my thing but hey its there for those that like it), #2 just another way to AFK with style ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ , and #3 could be used for player made mini games (who here doesn't like musical chairs)? I have my own use for this which is why I would like it to plz be added.
