Partially Accepted Adding a recruitment channel on the discord server (factions)

Greetings, I think a recruitment channel should be added to the discord server to allow the community to have an alternative way to recruit new members to their faction and make it more professional.
Give faction leaders a role thats called "faction leader" and let them post their requirements of recruiting on the channel, with that also add a "looking for faction" channel and all the none-faction players can discuss joining other factions.

I disagree with this personally. I do not think it is necessary to have this on discord and would probably cause requests for there to be channels for each server which we do not want.

I would agree with a general recruitment channel, not a faction only one.
