Atlas Token Bug

I used/right-clicked Atlas token in front of the gate and nothing happened

Have you tried walking through the tunnel into the gate? Note: It does not teleport you to the boss after the token is activated. If so I suggest gathering any evidence you have, go to the support page and properly make a bug report there. If it actually bugged and you don't have video proof don't count on getting a new atlas token.
