Banned for 2 weeks...!

I was playing Kit PvP and then I was kicked with no reason, I came back on and I said "#ThisServerNeedsNewStaff" and then people talked about how bad the Mod Dudeman was and I said "Dudeman isn't bad" and proceeded to say "He is sh!t" and then I was muted for 1 day and then it turned into 14 days. Trying to find out if there is a way I can get unmuted... if there is please either send me an email or message me on here.

14 DAY MUTE FOR SAYING "HE IS SH!T" WHEN A MOD WAS DISRESPECTING ME NOTHING HAPPEND, FIX YOUR STAFF!

Btw meant in the title to say muted not banned.

First of I wanna remain neutral.

If you think he was disrespectful towards you should have just screen shot and uploaded it to "imgur.com" and either pm the owner on the site about it ( http://www.snapcraft.net/conversations/add ) or open a ticket ( http://www.snapcraft.net/support-tickets/open ) .

Secondly if you think you shouldn't have been muted create an appeal at http://www.snapcraft.net/support-tickets/open in the department appeals .

Thirdly I don't believe he mutes just for that line you must have said more then that .( I wasn't there so I can't tell what happened so if I'm wrong I apologies from now )

Idk if you are lie-ing but they can tell cause they mute with proof and also they got server chat logs!

Appeal your mute by making a support ticket and changing the department to "Appeals".
