Best reporting tools

Hello, I was just wondering.

I use imgur. But when a video is longer than 30 seconds it won't post. It says "Heck! You can't post a video more than 30 seconds!" So I was wondering what do you guys use for reporting people? (Staff already have the abusive power to ban and kick people)

Most people use Bandicam to record and upload to youtube. Some uses Gyazo GIFs but they're not longer than 15seconds or something like that.

Oh, okay thanks. Oh yeah, I use bandicam. So you'll see me report more often than usual. That's just a HEADS up.
