Build shop for ranked, survival​

Since people are missing their /gmc with the new survival whipe, add a discounted shop with just the decorative blocks only accessible by the higher ranks or make it so decorative blocks become way cheaper in the current /shop from a certain rank.​

How could this idea help improve Snapcraft?

Gives higher survival ranks more worth​
