Can't connect to server

This month I was unable to connect to Snapcraft server, and I have access to other servers.
I already reinstalled the MC Launcher and cleaned data from registers. Nothing changed!

It's something to do with networking, because I live in Brazil.
I can't ping the server mc_snapcraft_net (snapcraft_net_proxypipedns_com).

I play in other servers and I can ping them, like the following one.

In addition, snapcraft_net has an IPv6 (2606:4700:30::6818:6eac). I don't know if it causes something on the server with IPv4.

It happens in all versions, but only for SC. And no, other servers are working like a charm.
