So basically, all I want to do is to add a subforums called 'community assistance'. It will be a place where people can ask questions about the server for help. Then, someone ives a solution to the question. Either a staff or the poster can mark it with the prefix 'solved' to lock and archive it. (Every question or solution counts as x1 message)​

How could this idea help improve Snapcraft?

It will make it easier to ask questions and get help easier. That way, members can feel respected among the community and get the best solutions as possible. It will also reduce confusion as there will be nowhere else to ask for help, other than tickets.​

We primarily use discord when it comes to staff help, forums is like the "second choice". And the other option on here is the ticket system.
