I've calculated that with your data assuming the person has voted whenever they can, that the voting poll resets for each person and their respective IP every 22 hours. There are other cheat-y ways to get more votes, you can find more info on that on Youtube. I would advise against it though because it will be publicly recorded and displayed on Snapcraft website as evidence for a potential ban.

The top voters know when the ‘cooldown’ for each voting site expires so they can vote again. They go from 10h to 25h depending on the site, you just gotta figure out which one.

I forget most of time to vote because I'm so easily distracted. But if you would set a timer regarding your vote-waiting time is over. You can easily get this amount of keys xd
