Added Enable /fight challenge to have fair gangfights on kitpvp

Hello. As many do know kitpvp right now is kinda dead as there are often not many god fights, because of ganks from either side and that most people stay at spawn rather than be in pvp and fight gang vs gang.

Theres a plugin which is in the game which is /fight challenge <players amount> <money> <gang>.

By enabling this plugin it will promote more gang vs gang fights on kitpvp with equal amount of numbers which is very difficult to happen without this plugin in play.

As this kitpvp gamemode is focused on fights inbetween gangs I think this would be a nobrainer of an addition and I think a lot more people would be intrigued to keep playing this server.

Yea that's gonna be a problem and something I was thinking about too. You could just have like you have on factions where the items go into /cr claim or something
