Added Extend the protection timer of loot in prison

In prison the amount of BOSS ranks increase and people with BOSS rank has a feature called /god which does that no one can hit them.
This is a problem when it comes to bigger fights and alot of loot drops, alot of the times you don't actually have time to take it all when you have alot of stuff in your own inventory.
People with boss then goes in and steals the same loot because no one can hit them away from it or stop them.
What happens then is that you make a bigger profit from stealing then actually fighting and doing the work.
My suggestion is to either remove that people can pick up loot in /god or extend the protection of loots timer.

but would adding this increase your time to /spawn or come back. because if it fills your inv then it should be enough.

I think this should be added because #1 a lot of people steal loot in god and #2 people will go in with a whole bunch of trash in a drill hole and then try to steal the loot and macro out while you try to sort through it

Increased the loot protection timer from 8 to 10 seconds.
