F perms questions

My friend is the current Admin for our faction but would like to give us (including me) perms to be able to claim land etc. How does he do this? (he cant get it to work?

the owner has to fix /f perms for your faction

I know but for example, even after he changed the settings I cant, do /f home. That's our problem.

/f perms must be set for each rank of the faction members.
Example being /f promote to Mod means the perms in Moderator sections to use /f home must be GREEN for Warps.
