In my opinion factions should have a definitive time where it is reset and changes are implemented and I think 6 months is a good balance of being the best for both new and old players.

Servers on snap don’t attend to reset for a long time the survival server went without a reset for almost 4 years and I believe prison hadn't had one 3 years so I don’t see a faction reset anytime soon

Yeah, I believe anywhere from 6-12 months does well.
