In my opinion factions should have a definitive time where it is reset and changes are implemented and I think 6 months is a good balance of being the best for both new and old players.

idk if it's just me but it seems like the xp gained from alchemy is alot slower than other skills, also it costs money to up alchemy , most other skills can be leveled up for free
