False ban by auto ban

I was banned by auto ban falsely and i would like to be unbanned so i can play this server as i love it and now i cant play it due to autoban can someone please respond ASAP and i would suggest making more of the bans by mods or admins so they are not false and that people dont get falsely banned to

The console doesn't false ban.
Create a support ticket under the department "Appeals".
