Glitched Rare Crate Key

Hello my in game name is buddert and I was looking around and found a rare crate key in a chest of an abandoned base and when i tried to use it, it would through me back like it wasn't one and it says that it is used on a legendary crate so i talked to shaun and he said that he couldnt replace it and i shoud tell you guys on fourmes so you can replace it thank you for your time
