hi! snapcraft I bought chat pack for creative and it doesent work when I type /c it says cancelled new chat changes and I am also wondering how to get the master rank it doesent have a add to cart sign!

If you purchased the pack, you should've received a receipt. (via email). Send that receipt to [email protected], And they will get back to you. If you didn't receive the email, that means the transaction wasn't completed. Onto your other question you should see an "add to cart button" on the very bottom of the window > http://prntscr.com/97f0sc . Beyond that, I have no idea why it wouldn't be there.
