[help] Quest Journal Doesn't Want To Let Go...

the title prety much says everything i want for help.
When i do /quests journal, i get the journal (no problem there). The problem appears when i want to get rid of it... Just can't put it nowhere and cant even drop it!! Can someone help me??

Yeah it happened with me too. I just suicided without any itens, only with the Journal. xD
