I have a question how do I try to become staff or builder or like legend by my gamertag?

For staff you have to apply for helper here: http://www.snapcraft.net/support-tickets/open. Make sure to change the department to "Staff Applications". And read this read this: www.snapcraft.net/helper/

For builder you need to apply as well. Make a forum thread under "Builder applications".

For Legend or Master (those are donator ranks) you go to the webshop, to the specific server and buy them with "real- life" money.
