I lost at least 3k for nothing!

Dear Snapcraft,
When I was on Skyblock today, i made a chest shop on my island. I had made it more Magenta Wool (35:2). I then broke the sign and in the chat it had said i had been refunded but in reality i had not. I then tried again and lost another 1.5k and this time the sign didn't work as it said that i could not make the same sign twice which then again in the chat said that I was refunded which i was not. I hope this bug can be brought out and I can earn my money back. Thanks!

Hello, Snapcraft!
The refund destroyed chest shop sign function is not working in Survival as well. I have other signs to replace, but I'm worried about losing more money, which is hard to acquire. I hope you can fix it asap. Thank you!

Sorry this problem has already been solved by another Mod online at the time so now i should close the thread. Thanks for the help though appreciated Keep up the good work!
