Alright, I know that you don't prefer shooters (I don't either, haha), but there are some great top down games. There's this game called 'Undertale' that's pretty fun, but if you've been spoiled about the details of the game then just go watch Jacksepticeye play it like I did. Otherwise, I got Slime Rancher and Subnautica recently. Subnautica is great fun especially with many strange and adorable fish, and Slime Rancher is awesome if you like to develop land, unlock things and earn cash from happy slimes. The best part is, both of those games are still in development, so new game updates will come along to keep it fresh. One game that I've started playing only recently is Stardew Valley, and although it's a top-down game, it's not at all like Terraria or Minecraft or the sort. It really surprised me, because there are some amazing game features for being such a little thing about farming. I haven't even gotten past the tip of the iceberg, but I know this game will keep me occupied for a good while.

Some people are still in school. So they don't have time to work and earn money. But by looking at your grammar, they could just skip school and go work; like you probably did. And stop with the offensive language.
