Is there a way to prevent negative effects?

So I was wondering if there was a way to prevent bad effects such as wither, blindness and stuff like that. If there is a way to do that (not milk) then please feel free to post a comment down below. If there isn't then there should be a custom enchant in the armor category that prevents it, because having to always be blinded is really annoying.

No, I don't think as of now their is one... Well, besides drinking a milk bucket. This should be added though, most servers have something like this and... to be honest, having a God Set isn't that great to PvP with it you cant see the person you are fighting...

The only way to remove negative effects (as of now) is drinking milk.
