KitPvp Major Disappointment.

Hello Snapcraft.

This morning I felt a bit wanting to try something else on the server so I decided to go to KitPvP.

I realized I had some Vote keys and I wanted to open the vote crates but I couldn't find it so:

I asked for help
I asked staff for help

And that went on for 5 long minutes with everyone ignoring me. (ExtremeArc was afk but Crazygurlisshy wasnt afk and when I asked her if she could help me she ignored me and flew away).

I found that really disappointing and I still dont know where the vote crate is.

Could someone maybe help me?

Try using /msg, we see that easier. Also do /playerlist and it will tell you ALL the staff online. They can help you if the others are AFK.
