Looking for a custom enchanted pickaxe!

Hey all!

I have been enchanting already quite a lot of pickaxes and sadly with no success. All I am getting is fortune and such. :XD:
I wanted to get a autosmelting/excavation pickaxe again like I had on another server waaaaaay in the past.
Anyone have one for sale?

Otherwise I was also wondering, can you get the custom enchants also on books? o.O
Like a book with autosmelting on it.

Man, I have seriously enchanted about two double chests of pickaxes and still not a single one with auto smelting or excavation...
Seriously what is the chance you even get them? Less than 0.01%?
