Loss of rank

I bought Paladin back in like 2018 or 2019 don't remember when exact but i won it when it used to be top rank and i have only recently started playing mc again and i joined the server and noticed that my rank wasn't there is there anyway i can get my rank back as i used to main snap craft is there anyway of me getting my rank back? as i did pay for it and it is kind of annoying i lost my rank

I would not be lying over a 13 dollar rank it is just quite annoying that i paid for something that i didnt get to keep permanently
