Lost account with hero rank

So I recently opened a ticket stating I lost all my stuff because I couldn't log into my minecraft account and asked for hero rank on my alt orf04, but he said he could not transfer ranks, but what i was asking was if my alt could be given hero. I even verified everything was right on the sign in page

If they say the cannot transfer ranks then they can't do so. All you can do it message Mojang about you account or reset your password.

Unfortunately if you have been told it's not possible then we cannot do anything else about it. I wish you the best of luck on getting your account back though
