May I have my [PRO] Rank back on Parkour?

I wasn't really active on this server as much. But I now come back to have fun on the server that I love. But I realized that maybe two months ago, give or take, I saw that my level was reset and I went to Parkour, and my [PRO] Rank was gone. I payed for the rank probably, a couple years ago and i've had it ever since. If you want proof, I can link a video I posted before this reset.

You still have your rank. There was a problem with the server around Christmas that took everyone’s ranks away. The link appears every 2 minutes on the game to reclaim your rank. Just click the link to get it back or someone can put the link up here.
