So yesterday I was an Overlord and I ranked up to Hero on factions. I was told that the final price to upgrade my rank and with the whole discount thing would only be $16. It still says that I payed $38? I'm confused?

The $16 is in US Dollars, the $38 could eb your countries equivalent to the price. Where are you from (country)?
