Added /ph 2, 3, 4 etc on Prison

I think that it's a good idea to add /ph 2 , /ph 3, and so on on prison because its a much easier way to go to your second, third and etc plots.

It does get annoying typing /plot h 2 etc but its realy just 3 extra letters.

I mean, this is another one where I don't see why not, personally being a fast typer /plot h 1 2 3 etc is relatively easy anyway, /ph would probably be slower for me tbf but I suppose having that as an option wouldn't be bad at all!
