How do i make the health boost II and absorption potions? i know i need a high alchemy level but how do i know when im in the correct tier to make these? Also does anyone have a shop that sells Health Boost II?

You can always use google for info about minecraft.
I got this off the wiki: http://mcmmo.wikia.com/wiki/Alchemy
Health Boost II - awkward potion + an apple (lvl 375 required)
Absorption - awkward potion + nether quartz (lvl 250 required)
