Return parkour pro rank?

I just bought the Pro Rank on Parkour today because I wanted to unlock all Levels, but when I wanted to Claim the next reward for unlocking a new warp, I got nothing, so if the Server resets again anytime I wont be able to Claim my xp for the warps back again, I didn't knew that before I bought the Pro Rank. So my question is, is it possible to somehow give the rank back to get the normal rewards again? How can I Change my Name in the Forum btw? My ingame name is Stachli. Thanks for your help! I just want to say I dont want any Money back, I just want that the Rank gets removed.

You can’t remove ranks you’ve purchased.

But why? I dont want any Money back, then it shouldn't be any Problem for the staff to remove it, right? This Rank destroys the game for me :/

As Ashley said, you can not remove ranks you've purchased. Also, you can't change your name on the forums.

The rank doesn’t do anything unless you use the perks that it gives you. You don’t have to use /fly, /tp etc.

As I said, because of the Rank, I dont get the rewards for reaching a new warp any more, thats the reason I want the Rank to be removed.
