Selling Crate Keys in Chest Shops.

So recently I've create a shop in survival and I would like to sell crate keys. So far I only know how to sell Common and Uncommon crate keys. In order sell keys you just have to put the item ID as Tripwire Hook #[#]. The numbers you need to put in place of the [#] are 4 for Common and 5 for Uncommon. So my question is how to sell Rare and Vote crate keys. I've tried a few numbers that just didn't seem to work so I'll need the forum's help on this one. Thanks guys.
