Pending toggle for perks

so you know there are perks like knowing,shiny,irony,etc.. can you add an option to disable the chat messages, like a toggle command or menu for it?
it's really annoying on skyblock when you're killing mobs etc.. sometimes you're talking to someone or you just reading the chat but it's full of those kind of messages.

Would be nice if there was a command to disable those messages
