Added Updating Skyblock To 1.16 with all items added to /shop

id love to make islands with the new nether items and using chains for detail. would be fun and fresh for skyblock.

We’re currently closely monitoring the performance on Creative to see if upgrading is something we can do to other servers, and I am personally reading up on all the new items and what needs to be nerfed/enabled/disabled/limited.

Only thing I would ask is make blackstone obtainable with methods other then the buying it in /shop.
