Pretty sure its vote link 5, That you can vote every 12 hours. When I attempted to be top 5 (won 4 months in a row then stopped trying) I vote once b4 school on vote link 5, then about 12 hours later (if I woke up at 6:30 am I would vote around 6:30 in the afternoon. The I just voted on all the other links once. I also found a kinda glitch I think, where on vote link 2 sometimes it would allow you to vote within like 5 minutes of each other, this worked for me twice and one time it actually caused me to win by one vote which was crazy).
