Added Weekly Factions challenges

Just a server suggestion: adding weekly challenges to snapcraft factions would reduce burnout and people leaving the server, eg Kill reaper 5 times , mine 100 diamond ores, find 25 envoys , (which increase server playtime) and all the faction can contribute as a team and once the goal is reached there can be a reward at the end of the week, like 1 beacon or 250k$ , spawners etc

I like this idea, would definitely increase playtime on the server if people have more things to work towards especially if the rewards are good.
