Hey,

Sometimes i have a discussion with someone on the server because we don't agree on a rule.
Is there somewhere a list with the rules?
Like:
Can you target someone in a game?
How much can you spam until its punishable?
What is the punishment for spamming / advertising and other stuff?
...
