why are staff so slow

some are busy at times and as ashy said not everyone’s in same timezone and could be sleeping or busy during those hours

I find they reply in a timely manner if they are online.

This is due to a difference in time zones, staff on other cases, or they could just be sick. (ofc there are more reasons) @Wakakaka
