Ever since withers instantly died above height limit, there has not really been a “major” raid. Currently, it is almost impossible to get past an airgap. I believe withers should be able to go above height limit again.
If this were to be enabled, flying in unownered territory should be disabled (due to bribes for insides, like what happened to nilfgaard). And then withers being able to be cannoned with tnt could be stay how it is. It makes the game more balanced for players without ranks.
I do think wither cannons might make raiding too easy though, but I don’t know if there’s a plugin that stops that.
Factions is about trust, however you don’t trust someone immediately, that’s the point of recruiting, and if that recruit just /flys a wither to your base you're screwed. Plus there have been factions who have sent people to inside, just to fly a wither.
