hi am Jared and i brought a vip rank for the zombie survival game and you where supposedly get vip only pet and vip only sword skin and bow skin will i cant get any of them and when i try to go to the skin store i don't how to redeem can someone please help me and also whats up with the pet why cant i get that.

Your VIP pet and skin will be applied after the BETA has been concluded. There's a guide at /spawn that explains how you apply your skins. Hope this helped!

thanks and also its says i can join full server but it wont let me
